The N690 steel has a hardness over 60hrc which offers great edge retention; 17% of chromium which offers great corrosion resistance; the 1.5% cobalt element improves the wear resistance and blade retention of the steel. In addition, it also ensures that the steel contains a uniform grain structure, which makes the performance of the steel more stable.
