As a lefty, I enjoy ambi locks and since the Benchmade patent expired, I've enjoyed the flood of crossbar locks. I've tried several from different companies and Kizer's is the best. That's not even taking into account that you can tune theirs to your liking. This thing slaps.

The same Great action we all know and love from the original sheepdog but even more fidgety and ergonomic with the new clutch lock and grippy aluminum scales! A very electric pop of color it’s just right! Pocket clip works really well with the new scales! I absolutely love it and am very pleased!!

I love this version of the sheepdog. The axis lock can easily be used with 1 finger. 8th grade vibes. The detent is easy, I rarely fail the knife. I might try adjusting the springs. I was waiting for this like 2 months… then civivi dropped the vision in unreal Damascus. Kizer is my favorite knife company (14) and counting. I got small hands and think I like the mini sheepdog button lock (blacked out) better. Might return this even though it’s a 9/10. Might not. Mahalo
