Refund Policy

*This return & replacement policy is limited to products and orders purchased on Kizer Official Website.

Returns (US orders only)

Your purchases from Kizer are fully guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we support Returns within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be received in original condition, including a new unused knife and a new outer box. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, return service is not acceptable. Please notice that this policy is only applicable to regular-priced items, and not applicable to special offers.

To complete your return, please send your order number, photos of your new unused knife, and photos of your new outer box to aftersales@kizercutlery.com.

Once your request is approved (please allow up to 5 business days for approval), you will receive a return label to send the item back to us.

Refund

It will take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once we receive the item in its original condition and finish processing your return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 7 working days. 
*Note: $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

 You will be responsible for additional charges for returned items with damaged or missing items.

Returns (International orders only)

International transportation is relatively complex. If you want to return knives, you need to charge of all the return fee. In addition, you need to find a logistics company to return the products.

 

Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please follow the steps below.

First, check your bank account again. It may take some time for your refund to be officially released.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

If you've done all these and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at aftersales@kizercutlery.com.

 

Replacement Service

We provide product return & replacement service for the following situations:

1. If you received a product with quality problems that affect normal use.

Please send an email to aftersales@kizercutlery.com within 72 hours of receiving the items, and the email should include a video showing the defects of the knife and your order number. (Please make sure that the video is attached since it is important evidence to prove the product problem, which affects whether the exchange service can be carried out.) We will provide you with relevant services according to the degree of the problem with the knife.

2. Received the wrong product.

If you have received the wrong item, please keep anything you received, including the outer packaging with the shipping label. And contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item through aftersales@kizercutlery.com. Please provide your order number and follow our instructions to complete your return process. (Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.)
