The blue color pocket clip has nice titanium oxidation crystals which look like sharded snowflakes of different sizes on the surface. The brightness varies with the light conditions, and the appearance is beautiful and unique.

Great, just not for EDC

Out of the box its an awesome looking piece and very well machined. However, it only took a few days carrying my Sheepdog and the clip not only worked it's way loose because it does not fit the scales like the original clip, bo biggie pulled the screws and used new loctite and it's fine. However, the finish on the clip began to wear off only days into carrying it, and it also bends extremely easy if you happen to catch it on anything loose.

Great replacement for the Sheepdog stock clip

Yes, this DOES work on the Sheepdog. Technically, this clip's mounting base has a smaller outer perimeter than the stock clip, so there's a very thin gap all the way around the mounting area with this clip. Otherwise, it still sits flush with the scales, so it won't tear up your pocket seams. This clip is also a slightly deeper carry than the stock one, so now it's as deep as if it were a top-mounted clip.

I think this is FAR batter than the stock Sheepdog clip, which feels awfully sharp on the edges (due to how thin it is), the general shaping is just not good and doesn't allow for much re-bending to make it any better. It also looks and feels a bit awkward when switched to left-hand carry, being that its asymmetrical in design (not terrible, though). However, this Titanium replacement clip looks GREAT on both sides, and is much thicker than the stock one; also has some nice rounding on the backside that feels very comfortable in a tight grip. The light blue crystallized finish adds a nice splash of color to my otherwise completely greyscale Micarta Sheepdog. Immediately happy with this upgrade.

Will be ordering another for the Mini Sheepdog Dessert Warrior I just bought from BHQ; however, I'd love to see this clip in more color options.

Decent clip, long shipping times.

Not alot to gripe about, it's a solid titanium with a decent crystalline blue ano. Easy to install and looks decent on my Fat Carbon Sheepdog. Wish it was a bit darker blue but I knew what I was getting. Longer shipping times were the only con, hence the 4 stars.
