Great knife

Great knife feel in my hand. Front flipper works great. Tough steel. I enjoy it a lot. I have had to recenter the blade twice. Not sure why but the pivot screw worked loose on me. Little bit of blue loctite resolved the issue. Also the black stone wash finish on the blade seemed to lighten in some areas of the blade. I think it still looks good and will protect the blade but thought I should note it. It is a great knife!

Some minor issues

This is o.k. in an understated way. First thing is the Richlite finish is not polished like the Kizer Original in Richlite, which is smooth (but still has grip) and darker. The way it is on this knife is kind of like they cut it and didn't polish it or something. I suppose it'll absorb oil after you've used it a lot but you won't touch some places as much so if you like a patina? Also to be fair the blade being black stonewash it wouldn't make as much sense to have it polished and upon closer inspection there's some texture, but frankly it just doesn't look that good with this red color and honestly I don't think the color combo was best in the first place. I know they make blue Richlite at least so that might have been a better choice aesthetically, or get creative and don't just do black stonewash for the blade.

Second: as a couple of reviews mentioned the front flipper disappears half way into the roll, that's actually okay for me since I flip with flippers and don't slow roll it - I think it may be intentional since there isn't even that much room to put thumb studs in in the closed position and overall they seem to not want to have things to catch on which would preclude thumb studs. In terms of flipping it it's actually easier than some other front flippers I own.

And yes, the back spacer is a tad loose, I do like using it for the lanyard hole though which allows me to put a keyring whereas it's too thick if it's through the entire thickness of the scales.

So some of this could have been anticipated in looking at the photo closely and some not, and with the flipper not a total negative to me just how it is. Overall I would say not Kizers best work, no huge issues in my book though there may be preference which makes some of these weigh more heavily for others so I give it 4 / 5 stars and others understandably at 3 stars.

Loose hardware knife blade not centered

Well this was a disappointing buy. Looked great but all the hardware was loose. The pivot also loose. The blade moved side to side and back and forth. After I fixed all the loose hardware it was hard to get the blade centered. It’s not perfect but it works. I used gunny oil on it after it was cleaned and it deploys with ease now.
I purchased that along with the fixed blade Smolt both with cpm 3v steel. The smolt fixed blade I use around my yard constantly and the blade steel holds up on the smolt but the aggressors blade just throws big burrs. Doesn’t seem like it was tempered correctly. I sharpened it put it back into the box and it’s going to just sit there or I’ll give it away. I have several Kizer knives and they are very good, but not the aggressor. I forgot about the back spacer, it’s loose and nothing changes that.
Cheers 🍻
