An excellent knife. I like the tanto blade. The handles are smooth yet grippy The button like function is very smooth with a good, positive lockup. Knife fits good in my hand. I should have gotten it sooner. An excellent EDC knife.
It's a Kizer button lock so you really can't go wrong! Throw in the design genius from Dammed Designs and it's an instant winner. Great ergonomics and action. Super sharp right out of the box.
Nice knife, excellent price! My only slight gripe is the action is a little bit sticky in my opinion. I have a handful of button lock flippers on bearings and the Mad Tanto just seems a little stiff to flick open. Plan on taking it apart, clean and oil. See if it solves the problem. If not, probably try some Skiff bearings in it.
This is my 1st Kizer. It won't be the last. I am impressed with the fit and finish of this knife and the quality for the price.
Mad Tanto is among one of my new favorite Kizers, it fits into my substantial collection nicely. Easy one of my EDC.
